One Touch Memory

It seems like my One touch memory fingerprint has started acting up, I dont know when it done it but it no longer works.

The button still starts the car and there are no errors present in VCDS????

The fingerprint side of things just doesn't do anything, so when getting in the car the seats and mirrors move but thats becasue the comfort access on the advanced key is doing that but the radio station and all the other guff doesnt get selected becasue the user is not changing by fingerprint.

Now this is the strange part, the user list still has myself and the wife in there and it can be selected manually in the MMI but not by fingerprint.

If I try to delete a user i get an error please try again message in the MMI and if i try to add a user it does it ok until it gets to the pont where you would do the finger scanning, and again get error please try again message.

Also in the seat settings I am unable to set the option for one touch to on?

Anyone get any ideas?
