Door seals or door cards leaking?

My 97 s8 is leaking water into the car through 3/4 doors, not a lot but the condensation is a pain.
Has anyone had experience of this with theirs? Do the door seals fail on these or is it likely to be the door cards? Theres no noticeable leak when it rains but the sill trims are starting to show mould on them? The leather has come away at the bottom of the cards so it seems like the water is travelling upwards & over the seal if that’s possible
