sorry, misunderstood what you posted earlier - what year and spec is your a8?
edit - had a look at available 19" rims for the A8 and I THINK the ones you're talking about are 4E0 601 025AD which are 9x19" but the ET is 44 so they'll sit 9mm further into the arch (I think!) and will almost certainly look a little different too. I quick look at the inside of your spare should confirm
