Well guy's, i got some good news for those of you with "original" Webasto Thermo Top Z/C heaters with fried controllers. The aftermarket boards work like a charm!
 The only thing you have to sacrifice is the OBD diagnostic option since you have to remove the wire from PIN2 on the heater. But no worries, the aftermarket board (at least the one i bought) have a beep error function, just put 12V on PIN2 and read them out. This is how it all looks like:
