Interior LED mod=possible door light fault ??

Did anyone of you guys ever had any problems with interior lighting after replacing all standard 501 bulbs with 501s LEDs??

The first problem I noticed some time ago was the fibre optic light strip in the left rear door, just above the door handle from inside. All other 3 are working fine
Do they get damaged if you definitely haven't done any other work on that door at all, except swapping bottom 501 for LED one??

Second was external door handle original LED lighting, not always all door handles are lit when only driver doors are operated in and out (night time)

Dash lighting. Air vents lighting and all other lighting above the aluminium trim except check and 0,0 buttons.
The light on the visit card little drawer is off as well (aluminium trim)
