Aftermarket unit install / popping noise in speakers

Hi everyone
Today got last lead for my Pioneer mechless unit install.
Replacing RNS-D with Bose.
When I connected everything together and power on stereo the popping noise came from speaker. Its happens every time when I switch power, change sources, changing song or searching radio station

Any ideas?
