I got the parts and unRARed them and burned to DVD-R and it works (took two goes though)
Not sure whether it's worth buying yet - some POIs still years out of date.
The maps seem to be more detailed in terms of the avenues in retail parks etc... seem more comprehensive.
haven't seen if any new roads are on, but there were no TMC traffic updates from 2015.
