US Number plate recess/bootlid/TRUNK

Hi internet.

I know this has been asked before (over 3 years ago now!!) but does any body happen to know of a US boot lid/number plate recess kicking around?

I have a short enough plate to run a small recess. My S8 is a FL, i know there are a few different bootlids relating to age etc.

Any help appreciated.. even if it's a part number that I can pester a mate thay works at Audi. I'd like to avoid importing one from the US as i've had 2 B6 bootlids damaged in the past.
