Something in common with my big D2 S8.
![]() Now we all know how well insulated etc. our cars are. In particular the double (inner and outer) seals around the doors, which is rarely seen on other models, even from Audi. This not only keeps the sills and door shuts clean but reduces wind noise, other sound intrusion, improves insulation etc. I've just realised today that my little Volvo V40 has exactly the same arrangement. As well as the seal all around the cabin side of the doors there are seals all around the outer edges, including the sills and between front and rear doors. Never noticed it before. ![]()
