Rubber door selas (outer)

Hello everyone,

Thinking to replace outer rubber seals around window frames and didn't find part number for those rubber elements in ELSA.

Questions:

1. Is it possbile to change them from outside, without removing door trim?
2. Are these seals inseparatable from window guide frames?
