How to remove tunnel side panel from passenger side?

Hi everyone,

My leather tunnel side panel from passenger side (see tick on the picture) is not properly aligned with the rest of the trim. Do we have a description how can I remove that panel please?

It seems someone removed this panel before me, but didn't put it back correctly.
