Idle a little 'lumpy'

Guys

My 2002 D2 S8 is just a little lumpy on tick-over, but nothing shows on VagCom (CtL and A4 Audi) and the rev counter is steady. It just feels a teeny bit 'lumpy' or 'burbling' under my bum (I know the jokes are going to come) when sat at traffic lights.

Any ideas on what to look for? Or is this just a V8 burble? Or the optional massage seat perhaps?
