A8 D3 - how to remove the glovebox?

Gents,

Months after buying the AMI unit, I have still not been able to fit it. The problem is that I cannot remove the CD player with the removal keys, and I have been told that the only way is to remove the glovebox.

Is there a guide somewhere that I can refer to, or would someone be kind enough to tell me the steps to remove the glovebox?
