GETTING THERE

From M1 J20
Head south-east on A4304/Lutterworth Rd toward brook Street for 4.8 miles
Turn right onto Station Road drive for 1.3 miles
Turn Left and airfield is on your left in .3 of a mile

PROGRAM

Sunday 7th June


1000 Venue opens. Cars parked in ‘A8’ formation as directed by staff.

1130 Detailing presentation. Hands on Polishing and other techniques. ‘Ask the Expert’ with our preferred detailing products supplier Gareth of Detailed Obsession in attendance.

1230 BBQ - AYCEAD; pay on the door (if there is a door!).

1330 Sound off - Competition for the loudest, quietest and the attendees vote for the best sounding with some fantastic prizes.
1st prize – Anointed the winner!

2nd prize – Recognition as first of the losers!

3rd prise – Immunity from pointing and laughing!

Runners up – pitying looks and insincere claps on the shoulder!


1430 VagCom demonstration and members with VagCom available to scan other cars.

1600 end of formal event

During the day there will be an aerial photograph and possibly glider flights. There will also be a talented photographer in attendance who may be coerced into photographing your car.

Tony: At some point there will be some movement of cars required to take some 'formation' photo's for the event. It is my intention that we will be providing an article for inclusion in a future edition of Audi Driver magazine
