Who wants their D2 to star on TV?
All you D2 owners out there, I have been contacted via Autometrix by a TV company who are looking For a pristine D2 to star in an episode of a show they are making.
The date is 29th June and the venue Longcross Track, in Surrey. I would suggest a late FL S8 with a high spec but if you have a nice example A/S8 D2 and can get to the venue please PM me. The show is called 'Strippers-Cars for Cash' which will be going out on Nat Geo in September. The show features two teams of mechanics who each week buy a car, strip it and try to find buyers for the parts. The show is informative, and competitive, as well as being entertaining. Each episode features two different, but comparable, models. For this episode we have an Audi A8 being dismantled at the same time as a Jaguar XJR. Each week the programme begins with a bit of history about the featured cars and this is when we need to see the pristine cars being driven around the track. CtL
