Ask if he can send a scan of the build sticker (handbook and spare wheel well) and then you can decode it to see what the spec is. Heated front screen is nice!
Make and wear on tyres would be helpful as these are expensive (looks like Nexxen on the photo, but are they all the same?).
Do all the electrics work? Folding mirrors can be problematical and rear blind and head restratints can fail too. Clicking/humming form the air con? But David's link will be the best guide. And there's a recent thread on final edition definitions which I'll dig out - but don't get too hung up on this unless you really want one (like I did) as they are usually quite poorly spec'd.
