Just noticed someone mention about throwing money away using HPI and it got me a thinking
![]() Many years ago I treated myself to a motorbike and rang HPI to check that everything was OK with it - the bike was around 7 years old but in mint condition and the odometer was only showing 2.5K. HPI said that everything was above board. It wasn't - I found some old MOT certificates showing that it had done over 17K !!! (OK, when I phoned HPI to let them know, they sent a cheque). So - buyer beware, even HPI and the like don't know all the facts ![]() Anyone else had anything similar??
