For upper arms you want part numbers 19 and 22 in the link I posted.
I've still got the boxes in the garage if you want the Meyle HD part numbers
Upper fronts were £49 each and upper rears £29 each.
If you find out the OEM part numbers it's easy to put them in the Meyle HD search page http://meyle.com/EN/Spare-parts/MEYLE-HD.html to get the right part numbers to plug into allgermanparts site - mind you if they're moving premises it doesn't bode well for rapid shipping.....
I don't have the steering links part numbers but can look them up in Etka easily enough if needed?
