Resting heater
I've tried mine out, and I've read the instruction manual, but I'm still not sure:
1. If it's working. 2. How it ought to work, or what the point of the thing is. Nevertheless, I want it to work and I want to get some benefit out of the thing. Mostly, when I press the button, it only stays lit until I release it... How is it meant to operate, please?
