upgrade back seats

Heated Rear seats
Electric rear seats with electric lumbar and headrest adjustment

Has anyone upgraded the back seats to the top spec?? and if so
1 is it lots of work?
2 do the wiring looms of cars that dont have upgrade have the connections there in loom or is it DIY.
3 whats needed from the donar car other than the seats.
4 whats a rough total of damage in £££££
