19757 - Exhaust Camshaft Position Sensor

Hi there,

First of a flurry of posts asking for advice on various errors on my 2005 A8 W12 if I can be so cheeky…

19757 - Exhaust Camshaft Sensor Bank 1 (G300)
P3301 - 001 - Open or Short to Plus

Now I haven't noticed anything different in the way she behaves but when I see the word camshaft it isn't conducive to getting a good nights sleep!

Can some kind soul please advise what the exact problem might be & point me in the right direction in fixing this error please?
