Audi A8 D3 Iphone 5 Cradle

Hi all. I just joined on this fantastic forum. I have bought an Audi A8 D3 facelift 08 reg. The best car i ever had

I want to fit an Iphone 5 cradle ( ebay hehe ) but i don't really know if it will be compatible, do i need to modify any wiring ? Anyone done that already ? I need please an advice
