Help please

i need help in locating the power suppluy lead from the electrical areal going to the stereo,also can someone help me with the speaker sett up wires as ive only got the front speakers working.....D2 98 reg

its the radio with the volume button in the middle and tape sett up with the x6 cd in the boot...

If anyones got a diagram of the wires that would be wondefull....
