As above, USER option is available only in cars with finger print recognition
On my 06 2G MMI ver.5570 I have Audi parking system and interior lighting 3D maps very available from early years, but this option is available only in later versions of MMI To switch to 3D press NAV and then SETUP button on the MMI console You will see option of MAP TYPE MMI 5570 (CAR and then SYSTEMS)
