Default Heat shields and Spare wheel well

I did something stupid several weeks ago.
I backed over the towbar of a van.
The going back was fine, that caused no issues.
Pulling away cause an issue.
It pulled on the bumper cracking it, pulling off the 5 securing lugs on the spare wheel well and the 2 securing holes on the heat shields.

Hindsight being the bitch that she is, I should have jacked the car up and that might have saved this but I never did, so I'll focus on the now and build a list to get it sorted out.

The bumper could be fixed but it looks like its been fixed before. Not sure it could take any more.

The main thing is the missing bits on the bottom of the spare wheel well.

This causes the bumper to flap around in the wind. I'm not sure how bad but its still on at the moment.

I'm going to replace the spare wheel well to secure the bumper properly.
I'm toying with the idea to ram some screws through to keep the bumper down but the thought of that is making me sick!!
I might not replace the heat shields as they are ok but then the OCD part of me wants to replace them cause they are broken.

Has anyone replaced the spare wheel well or know how it comes out?
