Leaking washer jet

I got my car back from Audi last week and over the space of 2 days I filled the windscreen washer bottle up 4 times. I left it in again at the end of the week and they replaced the bottle which apparently had stress fractures in it, however the system is still leaking.

I'm just wondering if this might be a common problem on the D3? Or where would you suggest beginning to look?

Sadly there doesn't appear to be any obvious sign of a puddle under the car. I assume a combination of time and current wet weather makes the leak slowly blend in with the already damp ground.
