I think it's this you need, it's a common fault, and exactly what happened with my D2 until I had the wire replaced
http://www.audipages.com/Tech_Articl...rereplace.html If it isn't have a look at the "interior electrics repair sticky" in the D2 section and see if there is anything else that may help. Good luck, hope you get sorted
