Adaptive lighting problem

Hi, every two or three days my car will throw up the adaptive light fault.
I noticed tonight the left hand adaptive light wanders when your driving in a straight line.
Is there a way to turn off the adaptive lights.When the warning lights on they don't move and to be honest I don't miss them.
