Yes, but it was ~4 years ago I read on a forum. All I can tell you is it is not a fault

EDIT ---- It's the rear passenger safety button on the driver's door for when children are in the back.
Then, only the driver can control the rear functions via the HVAC screen on MMI>Rear Operation>
