its a supply and demand thing, almost no supply as I don't believe the parts are made new anymore so sellers can demand what they like. I lost one of mine on an access track on the Costa Del Sol, and the other was stolen whilst the car was parked in London. I suspect the stolen one was then sold on at great profit, or removed because someone else needed one.
They are still listed on ETKA. Do not take these part numbers as gospel, but I think they would be 4D0 853 684 K - right 4D0 853 683 K - left
