So I found the fuse and it had been removed. I put in a new fuse to find that all the lumbar supports and headrests in the back seat did not work. Someone must have removed the fuse to prevent damage.

I then later found that the head rests and lumbar support did not work in the front seats either!

So I took all the seats apart, shortened the housings around the cables. 6 hours later all work again. Slowly learning about my d2.
