They are cheaper than I expected.
A bit more expensive than Oponeo for most tyres it seems, but certainly worth checking/comparing. No doubt less risky than buying from sites like Oponeo too. Like most tyre sites though, when I enter my reg, they get my tyre size wrong; 225 / 55 / 17 instead of 255 / 35 / 20. 19s or 18s, I can understand, but did any S8s ever come fitted with 17s? ![]() Comparing with Oponeo, which is the cheapest I've found so far (and where I purchased my present Michelin Pilot Super Sports): Michelin Pilot Super Sports ASDA - £189.60 each Oponeo - £166 each ASDA don't seem to stock the Michelin Pilot Alpin winter tyres I was considering buying but comparing a similarly priced winter tyre: Dunlop Winter Sport 3D MS (97W) ASDA - £203.72 Oponeo - £173 So it seems, ASDA are about £20 - £30 more expensive per tyre than Oponeo. Going part-way through ASDA's checkout process though, suggests that the tyre price includes fitting. In fact, I can't seem to find a supply-only option. It looks like you're forced to use one of their approved tyre fitters.
