I use these on my 323mm brakes: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRAKE-PADS...obbuo21c5NWw0A

314mm and 323mm does have different part numbers but the pad itself is the same, it's just that the ones for 314mm have extra counterweight to reduce vibration, noise & squealing but 323mm doesn't to save the space and not rub on 16" wheel as the pads sit further from centre on 323mm brakes.
