Sorry to see that.
The plastic bit just clips on and off. The chrome is screwed in I think. I was coming out of a shop 2 days ago and as I was walking to my car, I seen a silver Mondeo parking. I then seen my car move and a thud. Walked quicker towards Mondeo as he was moving away to park in another space. Told him he just hit my car, he said no. Showed him the damaged and he asked if I wanted to go thought the insurance or he can pay now. He offered me a tenner to repair my cracked rear bumper and repaint it. I laughed and asked he knew how much it costs to paint a bumper. In short, I claimed and off to my painters tomorrow to send a quote off to the insurance. We pay insurance for things like this, so stop and share details.
