Battery drain.

to pick up where I left off in the other thread , having removed the alarm but left the 20 amp fuse in have been ok starting the car so left well alone

but now being in england with consequent low temperatures again struggling
I have decided to start again ....in case previous problems have damagedthe battery have decided to fit a new one and start again.......hankook 60038 4 year guarantee arriving monday

ps can anyone with a working alarm confirm that it works on the 20amp fuse referred to ? it is certainly where my drain occurs ,disconnecting the CD stack , radio or aerial makes no difference
