That definitely sounds like a sticky caliper then. I'd suggest taking it for a drive and then see if one of the discs is hotter than the other just by holding the back of your hand near the wheel. Usually if a brake is binding you can easily tell that way.

Does it pull to one side in normal driving or braking? That can also indicate a binding brake.
