So...............
The car went into Preston Audi to have the corrosion pictured/assessed and sent off to Audi. After roughly 4 weeks I eventually heard that there would be NO claim available under the 12 year anti-perforation warranty...SURPRISE SURPRISE! I do intend to contest this though. The car has a FULL Audi history and is just 9 yrs old. Has anyone here had any joy with addressing this issue on a car over 3 yrs old? Doubt I'll be returning to Preston Audi..............their customer service was terrible! Thanks.
