The gearbox is nbd really - just get a fluid exchange done by a machine rather than the usual sump-off method and it'll give it new oil without disturbing anything.
The 14 year old timing belt probably warrants a visual inspection to check for cracking, perishing and tension, since the usual failure mode in that area is the hydraulic tensioner. The price seems sensible given these maintenance jobs though
