Just to confirm, issue was faulty sharkfin antenna - connecting a new unit allowed the 00862 - Antenna for GPS Navigation (R50/R52) 011 fault to be cleared and adaptive cruise control is now working again.

That's good news. I have an intermittent ACC and Braking Guard unavailable message too (D4) but there's no mention of GPS errors.
