Hi Brian,
Sure thing tracker will know immediately that something is going on. But how does it send information if everything is jammed?  I'm sure there are lots of locations in UK and Europe like underground parkings where there's no GSM, GPS and VHF reception. Does it mean car is automatically reported as stolen? From tracker system point of view underground parking and jammer are the same things: there's no connection between car and "control room"... Just sitting here contemplating
