I've had some updates regarding the venue and costs to hold the meet there.
Charges on the day will be £10 per car. That's £10 per car. Don't care how many people you have inside  This is significantly better than Billing, as they wanted to charge us for the pitch, plus £10 on the gate!!!

Flippin 'eck theres loads of us! I think someone will need to be in charge of formations! Circle etc... Any thoughts, how to park up when we arrive? Also is this on grass or tarmac?
