Tinted xenon plus lamps, how is it done?

But, to answer the question, it was an adhesive plastic film applied to the inside of the lens. But only James can tell you where he got it from, I'm afraid.

Ah, so it was on the whole outer lens, but on the inside face? It looked in photos like it was only applied over the main beam and not the whole lamp, is that correct? Thanks in advance.
