FL rear bumper plastic lower half

just trying to tidy my new toy

the swivelling trailer socket was rusted solid in the up position , and some numpty who presumably couldn't afford an aerosol of WD40 took a hacksaw to the plastic and cut a lump out so as to be able to plug in !!! yes really

I presume there is no way to repair this [ haven't got the missing piece ] , so I suppose I will have to try and source a new part ; there are plenty of complete bumpers about [ out of my budget ] , but haven't seen the plastic lower bit on it's own as yet ...any ideas anyone?

question is ..what years am I looking for ....are PF and FL the same ? presumably later cars are different
