Yeap its the amplifier. Swapped them out and the miss moved from cyl#3 to cyl#4 - same pins on the amp.
The amp is degrading now - multiple misfire - car is now a v5 ish.
Going to get 2 new ones.

What is the correct dielectric grease foe going under the modules?

Does not need to be dielectric, any thermal interface paste will do, it's there to help conduct heat away. I just used the same I use for heatsinks in electronics.
