Right - I can see that Halfords has over 400 independent bike stores countrywide that are affiliated to the scheme, and the literature claims that Halfords should be able to source ANY make of bike, even if it is currently not available across their network (excluding 'own brands').
That sounds more like it.....or am I missing something?
