The Lambda is a definate failure, shouls have a basic wiring check but that fault's pretty much a definate!
The load calculation will be air leak/dodgy Air Mass but Timing issue will be either faulty camshaft adjuster or cam belt on wrong...... Either way it's likely to be costing you ponies!!
