Thanks for your replies.
First had the time to do some research today and fuse no 5 was dead, replaced it and windows working perfect, but when i tried central lockong fuse no 5(for power windows) died again. from what i can see fuse no 4 is for the central lockong and this is fine. I then tried removing fuse no 4 and putting a new fuse no 5 but the same happened again... the car has not been in rain or washed for 3-4 weeks.. any idea?
