A lot of D2 Speakers are branded Nokia... Not unusual.
The non-bose config has a line feed to the rear parcel shelf, and the speakers have a mini amp built in that amplifies the sound for the parcel shelf speakers, and then they feed the rear door speakers too. The front speakers are driven direct from the head unit. I've never head of the 12v dropping off before, but the whole audio loom is a separate loom with a single power connection in the rest of the car. I'd find it odd if the power was missing from there, but the rest of the ICE was working ok. I'd start with a test meter on the speakers and see if 12V is getting to the parcel shelf.
