The central locking pump is normally audible. Not enough usually to hear it with the engine running, but sat in silence in the driver's seat, if I lock/unlock my door there's a gentle mmmmm sound from the pump in the boot.
As for the noise after turning the engine off and removing the key, I get those too, though again, I would say they're barely audible, not loud. I suspect they're HVAC related. There are a number of motors and solenoids that control ventilation flaps, which I think return to a 'home' position when you switch the ignition off. I believe there's also a coolant pump, to circulate coolant to the HVAC in the 'rest' mode. It's possible that may be running momentarily too.
