The advert, or the car Brian?

Personally I wont touch ANY Renault with a barge pole since a few years ago, I had a brand new Company Laguna that broke down 14 times in 12 months (mostly electrical and dash issues) - they replaced the ECU 3 times and spent £6,800 on trying to resolve the issue but never got it properly solved and the last time it was in to the garage I had a loan car from them and put 10,000 miles on it as my car was away for so long lol They finally took it back and cancelled the lease and after much protesting paid me about £800 compensation for all the hassle and cancelled trips it had caused over that period

It wasn't even the car breaking down that was the issue so much as Renault UK's poor response in dealing with it and refusal to take it back despite me requesting it in writing several times!

the ad Neil, never been a fan of French cars. I remember discussing the virtues of various nations cars a few years back with an American aquaintance, when I mentioned French cars his response was along the lines "F***k no we burn anything French" The same chap phoned me the day after the attempted terrorist attack on Glasgow Airport a few years ago, the pictures in the paper showed someone directing a fire extinguisher at one of the burning terrorists. My American friends question was "why the F***k do you try and put them out over there, we let them burn". Think his political leanings were a tad right of centre if I was to be honest

Must admit, I do like the new Clio, at least from the outside, especially in black.
